The Danish Working Environment Authority's visit to Piberhus

We value the working environment highly.

At Piberhus, we prioritize a healthy, safe and developing working environment because the well-being of our employees is crucial to the quality of our social educational work. When our employees experience job satisfaction and security in their everyday lives, they can bring their professionalism, presence and commitment to play – and thus provide the best possible support for children and young people.

We are therefore very pleased that the Danish Working Environment Authority's latest inspection visit in April 2025 did not give rise to any comments or violations of working environment legislation. We see this as an important recognition of our focus on well-being and quality. The Danish Working Environment Authority spoke to both management and employees and reviewed our working environment conditions.

The Danish Working Environment Authority is the authority that supervises safety and health at workplaces in Denmark. They assess, among other things, the mental and physical working environment and ensure that workplaces comply with applicable regulations.
